WHERE CAN I FIND OUT A LIST OF EXPO EDUCATION EVENTS?
All Expo Education events for the academic year beginning September 2019 can be found on our Expo Education page. Expo Education events will be added throughout the year, so please check back regularly.

HOW DO I BOOK?
We strongly recommend that you check availability before booking. Booking forms will be available on our Expo Education page for each individual event.

ARE ALL FIELDS ON THE BOOKING FORM MANDATORY?
Yes. It is essential to know year group information and specifications of your needs so we can ensure that all Expo Education days are appropriate for the needs of all attendees.

HOW DO I RECEIVE ASSISTANCE WITH MY SCHOOL ATTENDING?
The Expo Education runs competitive support packages for visiting 6th Form colleges. This includes travel to and from the event, however prices and quotes must be sought by your institution form your usual travel supplier before enquiry to Expo Education.

CAN I RESERVE PLACES WITHOUT A COMMITMENT ?
No, all places allocated must be arranged with a prearranged invoice or quote of travel materials from your institution’s regular supplier.

HOW WILL THE DAY BE STRUCTURED?
Each Expo Education event is unique, and targeted at A-Level students in full time education. These events are designed to follow the national curriculum or can be modified to your specific exam awarding body specifications.

The days are structured for arrival at 10am and depart no later then 3pm, with lunch built in around 12pm. Teachers are advised to contact Expo Education coordinators if they have specific questions over event content or timings.

HOW MANY STAFF SHOULD ATTEND WITH STUDENT GROUPS?
We expect schools to follow their own guidelines for the student to teacher ratio for a trip.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY BOOKING IS CONFIRMED?
Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied on the booking form. We recommend that this be the teacher leading the trip. You must acknowledge receipt of the email confirmation, this will allow us to know that your booking is correct.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
If you have to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. If your cancellation occurs within seven days of the event, or if your cancellation incurs the Expo Education penalties from your travel supplier, an administration charge may be incurred by your institution.

IS LUNCH PROVIDED BY EXPO EDUCATION?
As with our travel support package, Expo Education also provides a pre-bookable lunch service for visiting students and staff. If you wish to take advantage of this service, or if you wish to bring your own packed lunches, please let us know at the time of booking.
